How It works

At Auto Agent, we operate on a no-sale, no-fee basis, giving you complete peace of mind when selling your vehicle. If your car doesn't sell, you won't be charged a commission or face any unexpected fees.

Our only mandatory charge is a one-off £49 administration and setup fee, which covers the initial work involved in preparing your vehicle for sale. We also offer a selection of additional services and packages designed to help maximise your car's presentation and selling potential. These are entirely optional and will only be discussed where we feel they could offer genuine value.

Getting Your Car Ready for Sale

Getting started is simple. If you're based locally, we can arrange to visit you and take professional photographs of your vehicle. Alternatively, if you're further afield or already have suitable photographs, you can simply send these over to us.

We'll also need some key information about your vehicle, including its specification, condition, history and any relevant details, alongside confirmation that it has a valid MOT and an indication of the price you'd ideally like to achieve.

Once we have everything we need, we'll use our knowledge and experience of the market to guide you on pricing, discuss the best approach and get the process underway.
